Yes, PFW Soccer Camps will have a certified athletic trainer to deal with any medical issues.

Residential camps provide meal but day camps do not provide meals.

All day campers should bring a soccer ball, water bottle, cleats, shin guards, rain gear, and tennis shoes.
 
In addition to those items, residential campers should bring a basic living items, linens, pillows, toiletries, clothes, phone chargers, towels, money for pizza/vending machines.

The refund policy of PFWSoccer Camps is as follows, cancellation of camp with at least one week prior notice is a full refund of monies paid to PFW Soccer Camps minus a $50 administrative fee. After one week prior to camp begins and once camp starts, only medical issues accompanied by a doctor letter and family emergencies will be considered for a pro-rated refund minus $50 administrative fee.

Check in is at Hefner Soccer Stadium for Day Camps/Commuters and Clubhouse for Residential Campers.
